David Jardine’s practice focuses exclusively on business, contract and real estate related litigation and transactional work. Mr. Jardine’s background as a land developer and practicing real estate agent, as well as his graduate education in both law and business, provide him key insights that make him invaluable to his clients. Mr. Jardine represents clients in cases involving breach of contract, commercial and residential real estate leases, purchases and disputes, internal business disputes of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, franchise disputes, debt collections, homeowners’ association disputes, title issues and many more. He has both obtained judgements for, and defended against, millions of dollars’ worth of claims and is also regularly able to help clients resolve cases amicably when they otherwise could no longer speak peacefully with the opposing side.
Mr. Jardine has a passion for business. He loves to see his client’s grow their businesses and succeed. Mr. Jardine has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for more than 20 years and spent 11 years in real estate development before embarking on his legal career. He understands both his client’s interests as well as the relevant law regarding their real estate transactions. He has extensive experience with real estate sales, negotiations, municipalities, homeowner’s associations, land options, and land development including both subdividing and assemblage. His expertise can be a valuable asset for anyone needing municipal approvals.
Mr. Jardine was raised in Orem, Utah. He enjoys spending time in Utah’s great outdoors going camping, mountain biking, fishing, boating and snowshoeing with his wife.
