Wesley R. Stapley
Wesley R. Stapley works primarily in commercial litigation and transactional law. He has helped launch several companies and has
provided assistance with various litigation issues, including licensing, collections, employment disputes, and intellectual property protection.
Wesley has provided a broad range of services for his clients. For example, Wesley recently helped a man in his early thirties to form
an LLC for a specialized automotive services company. During the interview, Wesley learned that the client was a father of two with a
wife in poor health. Wesley quickly drafted up an estate plan for the client, including medical powers of attorney for the client and
his spouse. Providing extra service and peace of mind embodies Wesley’s approach to the legal profession.
In addition to his work with Whiting & Jardine, Wesley also works for Disability Determination Services, the branch of the Social
Security Administration that determines medical disability. In this capacity, Wesley has adjudicated hundreds of applications, and understands the intricacies of medical cases firsthand.
Wesley is happily married and the father of two boys, with whom he spends as many free moments as he can manage.
